15th sept . On the road again, this time we are going to Berlin in Germany. It would be the beginning of a two show case with Asrai, Autumn, Epica and After Forever.. and they called it: Dutch Gothic Metal Night. Together with Epica we stayed at the Mecure Templehof Hotel We arrived "early" but still all shops were closed... While making some plans for dinner and exploring Berlin's nightlife, we bumped into Oele and in the end we crashed at the Mecure hotel bar.. We didn't get much further... |
1st Day: 16th September The next morning we made a day schedule. And for the afternoon, it was a tight one. We had to be at Popkomm at 15.00 hrs so in the morning time enough to go to the X-tra. Taking the U-bahn and it took loads of time to get all tickets. |
Time isn't always your best friend, so in hurry we went back to the hotel... and found out that we didn't' know where Popkomm was held. After a short explanation we jumped in our van and got lost and stucked in a trafficjam. It took us almost an hour to get there. Walking around at Popkomm , we had a short chat with MTV and got a cake, gladly enough not in our face.... |

After our sound check it was time for a little snack (dinner) and before we knew it. It was time to Goth Rock. |
